RETURN POLICY

No REFUND

We only refund if we send you a damaged item or item different entirely from what you ordered. 

Should you be dissatisfied with the size you ordered, we offer a 10 days window for you to return and get another item in EXCHANGE.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your ITEM must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, glaringly different from the actual size you ordered and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@mymodestwearuk.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

NOTE: No RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUND of Items Bought on SALE.
